摘要
由于各种大型船舶对动力的需求日益明显,人们对负荷装置的监测也变的更加重要。因此本文主要针对柴油发电机的负荷调节需求,设计一种基于干式负荷装置的自动监测系统,此种装置避免了水阻负载装置出现的各种不利因素,通过先进的单片机PLC控制技术,对柴油发电机的负荷情况能够做到实时监控,达到电力传输效率的最大化,同时有效降低实现成本。文中重点结合船舶柴油发电机的工作特点,设计过负荷保护单元,介绍上位机软件的设计步骤,并设计智能化的人机操作界面。
As the demand for power of various large-scale ships becomes more and more obvious,the monitoring of load devices becomes more and more important. Therefore,this paper focuses on the load regulation demand of diesel generators and designs an automatic monitoring system based on dry load devices System,this device to avoid the water resistance load device of the various unfavorable factors,through the advanced single-chip PLC control technology, the diesel generator load conditions can be real-time monitoring,to maximize the power transmission efficiency,while Effectively reducing the implementation cost. The key points of this paper are the combination of the working characteristics of marine diesel generators,design the overload protection unit,and introduce the design steps of the host computer software,and design the intelligent man-machine interface.
