摘要
当前,对多机械结构系统中连接部件的动态影响已有深入研究,但对于机械结构的性能优化研究较少。本文主要根据机械结构中各零件间的相互作用力建立动态模型,并选取间隙转动铰链机械结构作为案例,通过对其建立双层Kriging模型分析其动态特性。首先依据间隙转动铰链的机械结构,分析其物理及机械特性,确定影响其动态特性的主要参数,并给出决定动态特性的主要指标。最后用双层Kriging对复杂多体系统中的间隙转动铰链结构建立预测模型,并给出最优动态特性时设计参数的取值。
Extensive research has been done on dynamical effect of joint parts of multibody mechanical structure system,and less done on performance optimization of mechanical structure. This pater focus on force model based on Hertz contact and selects the revolute joint clearance as study case to analyze the performance of building double Kriging model. This paper first analyze the physical and mechanical characteristics based on the revolute joint clearance,abstract main parameters and provides the main index contributing to dynamical characteristics. As a consequence,the double Kriging system builds the prediction model for complex multibody mechanical system and outputs the best parameters for best dynamical performance.
