航道内船舶航行环境危险度评价

The navigation environment risk assessment of ships in channels

对航道内船舶航行环境危险度进行正确的评估,是保证船舶安全航行的重要途径之一。本文在灰色聚类的基础上,建立灰色白化函数聚类模型,利用此模型对广州港的主要航道的航行环境危险度进行评价,并将本文的评价结果与航道的实际发生事故数相比较,由此来说明本文所采用的评价模型的有效性。

A correct assessment of the risk degree of the navigation environment in the waterway is one of the important ways to ensure the safe navigation of the ship. On the basis of grey clustering,this paper established a grey whitening function clustering model. Using this model to evaluate the navigation environment risk degree of the main channel of Guangzhou port. And the evaluation results of this paper were compared with the actual number of accidents in the waterway. The comparison results showed the effectiveness of the evaluation model.
