人工神经网络在船员适任性中的研究

Research on artificial neural network in competency for seafarers

本文针对船员适任性中的不足,利用数据挖掘得出其影响因素;然后建立3层神经网络结构和确定了隐层节点数量,并对神经网络结构进行训练;最后,对选用的约简集中的因素与目标之间的一维关系进行分析,以此来提高船员的航海安全,降低人为因素造成的航运事故。

Aiming at the deficiency of the competence,the influence factors were analyzed based on data mining. Then the structure of the three layer neural network and the number of hidden layer nodes were established. And the structure of the neural network was trained. Finally, this paper analyzed the relationship between the factors and the goals of the reduction set. In order to improve the navigation safety of the crew,reduce the human factors caused by the shipping accident.
