摘要
本文通过实验室水静压力试验系统模拟水密耐压电缆在水下的真实受压情况,主要研究3 MPa水静压力对300 m长水密耐压电缆体积变化的影响。结果表明:在3 MPa水静压力试验后电缆外观未发生明显变形,电缆与金属材料受力器连接处未发生开裂,电缆经水静压力试验后通电性能满足使用要求;水密耐压电缆的体积收缩变化率可以用压力传导液的液位变化率进行表征,电缆在3 MPa水压下保压1 h体积收缩变化率为6.4%。
This paper mainly studied the influence of watertight cable volume changing under 3 MPa water pressure by the laboratory water pressure test system. Result shows that cable shows no obvious deformation after pressure test, the connector between cable and metal material is unopened; The electrical signal can be transformed normally by the cable after the water pressure test; The volume change rate of watertight cable can be characterized by the variation of water level, the volume change rate of the watertight cable under 3 MPa water pressure is 6.4%.
