船用行星齿轮传动装置均载技术研究

摘要 船用行星齿轮变速器在螺旋桨动力的传送,机电装置的控制中占有很重要的地位,采用高效的行星齿轮机构,可以有效提高动力的传送效率,同时降低了船舶运行的成本。在常见的行星齿轮传动装置中,通常由液力变扭器共同组成基于液压控制的自动变速器。因此,本文重点研究2K-H型传动装置的基本结构,并根据传动原理和齿轮传动的有关规律,建立齿根过渡方程,通过分析支架作用力的形成,设计一种平衡式的动力传送均衡装置,最后通过仿真对有关基本参数进行设计。 The transmission of marine planetary gears plays an important role in the transmission of propeller power and the control of electromechanical devices. The use of efficient planetary gear mechanism can effectively improve the power transmission efficiency and reduce the cost of ship operation. In the conventional planetary gear transmission, the hydraulic torque converter is usually composed of a hydraulic control based on the automatic transmission. Therefore, this paper focuses on the basic structure of the 2K-H transmission device. According to the transmission principle and the relevant rules of the gear transmission, the tooth root transition equation is established. By analyzing the formation of the support force, a balanced power Transmission equalization device, and finally through the simulation of the basic parameters of the design.
