一种应用于海上交通安全的智能船舶系统

摘要 全球船舶数量不断增长,出现了许多大型化和高速化的新型船舶,面对有限的航道资源,船舶的航行安全变得至关重要。因此为保障船舶在航行时的安全,人们建立高度智能化的船舶信息交换系统和自动识别避碰系统(AIS)。本文旨在改善AIS系统的功能,设计智能化的AIS系统,并基于模糊评价体系,对船舶的航行安全状况进行实时地监控,通过高斯滤波算法对控制信号数据进行处理,加强该智能系统在复杂环境下的自适应能力。 With the increase of the number of ships in the world, many new ships with large-scale and high-speed have appeared. In the face of the limited channel resources, the navigation safety of the ships becomes very important. Therefore,in order to protect the safety of the ship in the navigation, people have established a highly intelligent ship information exchange system and automatic identification of collision avoidance system(AIS). The purpose of this paper is to improve the function of AIS system, and to design an intelligent AIS system. Based on the fuzzy evaluation system, the navigation safety status of the ship is monitored in real time. The control signal data is processed by Gaussian filtering algorithm, which enhances the intelligent system In the complex environment of the adaptive capacity.
