摘要
船舶航行的日益频繁对航线设计提出了更高的要求。为了提高船舶运输的效率和安全性,传统依照纸质地图设计航线的方法已不能满足要求。为了在保障安全和效率的前提下提高航线质量,本文使用电子海图结合AIS系统监控船舶航行状态,实时上传海洋及船舶信息,并使用Douglas-Peuker算法依据海洋实时信息修正航线,提高了船舶航行的安全性。
The high frequency of ship navigation has raised the requirements on shipping line designs. In order to improve the efficiency and security of shipment, the traditional methods of designing line with paper map cannot satisfy the requirements of efficiency, security and dynamics. In order to improve the quality of shipping line on the premises of safety and security, this paper uses the electronic chart and AIS system to monitor the ship statements, and use Douglas-Peuker algorithm to correlate the shipment lines simultaneously, and finally improve the security of ships.
