基于BP网络设计的船舶避风安全论证

摘要 我国海洋经济不断发展,港口的建设周期加快,一些港口(如洋山港)地理环境复杂,三面环岛,处于入风口,导致船舶抵港及出港时所受的风流影响较大,吃水较深。在此环境下,船舶在泊位﹑离港及变向时较易发生碰撞﹑触礁及搁浅,需要对海上运输船舶在大风环境下的避风安全策略进行研究。本文研究船舶避风策略模型,并将神经网络应用至避风策略中,提出基于BP网络设计的船舶避风安全策略算法,最后对算法进行仿真。 With the development of marine economy in our country, the construction period of port is accelerated,Some ports(such as the Yangshan Port) the geographical environment is complex, the three island, in the wind, lead to airflow affected by the ship arriving and departing the larger, deeper draft. In this environment, the ship in the berth, departure and change to more collision and stranding effect of rocks, need to study on maritime transport ship in the high wind environment safe security strategy. This paper studies the model of ship refuge strategy, and applies the neural network to the shelter strategy, based on the BP network design of the sea transport vessel safe haven strategy, finally the algorithm is simulated.
