船身自动清洁技术的研究与实现

摘要 船身清洁工作是船只维护中必不可少的环节,通过对船身定期的清洁,可以有效延长船舶的使用寿命,同时也有利于提高航行的安全性。本文主要结合最新的自动化控制技术,设计一种用于船身清洁工作的水下机器人,能够在船舶静止时,主动对船底的脏污附着物进行快速高效的清理,提高船只的维护水平,降低维护成本。文中主要介绍该水下机器人的电路设计原理,并结合多层径向基函数网络,优化船只的船身清洁路径,使之更适应复杂的水下环境。 Hull cleaning is an indispensable part of vessel maintenance. Through the regular cleaning of the hull, it can effectively prolong the service life of the ship, and it is also beneficial to improve the safety of navigation. In this paper, combined with the latest automated control technology, the design of a hull cleaning work for the underwater robot, the ship at rest, take the initiative to the bottom of the dirt attached to the fast and efficient cleaning, greatly improving the vessel The maintenance level, but also greatly reduces the maintenance costs. This paper mainly introduces the circuit design principle of the underwater robot, and combines the multi-layer radial basis function network to optimize the hull cleaning path of the vessel and make it more suitable for the complicated underwater environment.
