摘要
为了提高舰船推进装置的结构强度,适应航行工况下的复杂受力、振动和冲击,对船舶螺旋桨轴毂复合联结结构的分析和强化具有重要意义。本文介绍传统的渐开线花键轴毂复合联结结构,在此基础上设计一种性能更可靠、强度和刚度更高的花键-胀紧套复合联结结构,并利用有限元分析技术对该花键-胀紧套的可靠性、结构和力学性能等方面进行分析。
In order to improve the structural strength of the ship propulsion system and adapt to the complex stress, vibration and impact under the navigation condition, it is of great significance to analyze and strengthen the structure of the ship propeller shaft hub. This paper introduces the involute spline shaft hub connection structure of the traditional composite,and on the basis of the design of a more reliable performance, higher strength and stiffness of the spline-expansion sleeve connection composite structure, and the finite element analysis of the spline-expansion sleeve reliability, structure and mechanical properties etc. are analyzed.
