摘要
船舶轴系传递的转矩载荷很高,对联接件的强度和韧度有很高的要求,高强度液压螺栓作为一种新型扭矩联接件近年来引起了广泛的重视。本文系统分析船舶推进系统轴系的力学特性,借助理论力学和弹性力学知识对高强度液压螺栓的转矩、最佳预紧力和强度载荷进行分析,并利用Ansys有限元分析软件对高强度液压螺栓的应力和形变量建模分析。
The torque load of ship shaft system is very high, and the strength and toughness of the joint are very high too. As a new type of torque coupling, high strength hydraulic bolt has been paid more and more attention during the recent years. This paper analyzes the mechanical characteristics of the ship propulsion shafting system, and were analyzed by using theory and elastic mechanics, torque of high strength hydraulic bolt optimal preload force and strength load, and the stress and deformation analysis of high strength bolt hydraulic modeling using the Ansys finite element analysis software.
