摘要
船舶液压系统是动力系统重要组成部分,需要对系统故障及时定位诊断及修复。船舶液压系统的故障描述模型有基于图论的﹑信息论的及功率流理论的,图论策略通过灰色度分析船舶液压系统中的功率分配﹑损耗过程,能够以最少的监测点最优的描述系统故障中的分布。本文分析基于灰色度的船舶液压系统故障诊断模型,设计1套基于传感器﹑故障图像灰色度分析及计算机故障诊断系统,最后通过实验证明本文故障诊断系统的有效性。
The hydraulic system of the ship is an important part of the power system, so it is necessary to diagnose and repair the fault timely. The fault description model of ship hydraulic system is based on graph theory, information theory and power flow theory. Graph theory is used to analyze the distribution of power and loss in the hydraulic system of ships, which can be used to describe the distribution of faults in the system. This paper analyzes the fault diagnosis of marine hydraulic system based on gray model, which based on image gray sensor, fault analysis and computer fault diagnosis system, the experiments prove the effectiveness of the fault diagnosis system.
