免疫遗传算法在岸基船吊装中的组网优化

摘要 岸基船吊装是船舶制造过程中的重要环节,具有并行制造、船台资源依赖度高、易受外界因素干扰等特点,这也使得吊装的调度控制过程更加复杂。随着船舶的尺寸、吨位等参数的不断增加,传统的调度控制已经无法满足船舶制造的要求。本文利用Petri网建立岸基船吊装模型,并提出基于免疫遗传算法的吊装组网优化算法。 The shore ship lifting is an important link in the process of shipbuilding, with parallel manufacturing, berth resource dependence degree is high, susceptible to external factors and other characteristics, which also makes the control more complicated installation process. With the increasing of the size and tonnage of the ship, the traditional scheduling control cannot meet the requirements of shipbuilding. This paper establish the model of ship hoisting network using Petri Net algorithm, and proposed the lifting network optimization algorithm based on immune genetic algorithm.
