摘要
船用构件力学性能测试平台可极大提高船舶关键部件的生产工艺,同时可以对船舶关键部件进行疲劳强度与寿命分析,从而可以及早发现并提升薄弱环节,降低船舶关键部件的制造成本。本文将通过有限元软件和疲劳软件分析船舶关键部件的疲劳强度与寿命,旨在为以后的设计和制造提供参考。
The mechanical performance test platform of marine components can greatly improve the production process of the key components of our ship, and we can analyze the fatigue strength and life of the key components of the ship so that we can find and enhance the weak links and reduce the manufacturing cost of the key components of the ship. This paper will analyze the fatigue strength and life of key components of ship by finite element software and fatigue software, and aims to provide reference for future design and manufacture.
