摘要
船运业的发展带动了造船事业的进步,随着各种类型和不同用途的船舶的出现,船舶的传动装置也从传统的蒸汽动力逐渐演变成电机动力,动力传输中涉及的机械装置也发生了很大的变化,这给船舶的润滑系统带来了新的挑战。本文主要以传动装置中的液压控制系统作为研究对象,深入探索其传动润滑系统的工作机理,依靠流体力学的相关原理,建立合适的传动装置润滑作业模型,然后通过流体网络算法,对润滑作业的效果进行仿真实验,并重点研究液压传动装置的受力分布,从而可以提出改善措施,提高传动系统的效率和寿命。
