摘要
轴系校中是船舶推进轴系安装过程中必不可少的环节,保证了船舶推进系统的可靠性和安全性等。经过几十年的研究,船舶轴系校中的方法经历了由静态校中发展到动态校中过程,轴系校中的精度和效率越来越高。本文在传统船舶轴系校中方法的基础上,研究一种基于三弯矩方程的轴系动态校中方法,并对轴系校中过程的纵向振动和回旋振动进行系统研究。
Shafting alignment is an indispensable link in the installation of ship propulsion shafting, which guarantees the reliability and safety of ship propulsion system. After decades of research, the shafting alignment method has been developed from static alignment to dynamic alignment, and the accuracy and efficiency of shafting alignment are becoming higher and higher. Based on the traditional ship shafting alignment method, study a method of shafting dynamic equation of three moments based on the school, and the longitudinal vibration and whirling vibration of shafting are studied.
