摘要
Co-TiO_2纳米复合材料因其优良的防腐性被广泛应用于舰船材料上。本文以钛酸丁酯、硝酸钴为原料,采用溶胶凝胶法制备得到Co-TiO_2纳米复合材料,并对不同掺杂比、不同热处理温度下的复合纳米材料进行盐雾、红外、形貌、吸附性能测试,得到最优掺杂比和最优热处理温度,为以后Co-TiO_2纳米复合材料在舰船方面的研究奠定基础。
Co-TiO_2 nanometer composite material is widely used in ships because of its good corrosion resistance. In this paper, set butyl titanate, cobalt nitrate as raw materials, prepared the Co-TiO_2 nano-composites by the method of sol-gel,and the different doping ratio and different heat treatment temperature are studyed, salt spray test, FTIR, nitrogen adsorption stripping test are do on the nano-materials, the optimal doping ratio and optimal heat treatment temperature are got, laid foundation for the profound research on ships.
