摘要
当船舶航行在复杂水域时,不可避免会发生碰撞事故,若船舶的结构不够稳定,在这种碰撞的冲击下,可能会发生非常严重的事故,造成船舶沉没。因此在船舶设计时,就要充分考虑结构的稳定性和抗冲击能力。本文对船舶的冲击载荷和应变率概念进行阐述,并基于这2个指标重点优化了船舶的可靠性结构,通过动力学相关定理,对甲板受到冲击时的应力分布进行仿真分析,在提高船舶的甲板耐受力的同时,大大加强了其抗冲击能力。
When the ship sails in complex waters,it is inevitable that a collision accident occurs.If the structure of the ship is not stable,a very serious accident may occur under the impact of the collision,causing the ship to sink.Therefore,in the design of the ship,we must fully consider the structural stability and impact resistance.In this paper,the concept of shock load and strain rate of ship is expounded,and the reliability structure of ship is optimized based on these two indexes.The stress distribution of deck is simulated by dynamic theorem.Improve the ship's deck tolerance at the same time,greatly enhanced its impact resistance.
