摘要
随着生产力的快速发展,由实物向数字化建模的需求越来越强,因此逆向工程技术应运而生。逆向工程技术包括了计算机几何建模和实物的数字化技术。本文首先介绍了逆向工程技术发展及其流程,展望了逆向工程技术的进一步发展方向;分析逆向工程中数字化检测技术的分类,并着重研究了基于视觉三坐标的检测技术的逆向工程技术,并将其应用到舰船及其部件模型的数字化过程中;最后讨论了小波分析技术在图像处理过程中的应用。这对我国逆向工程在舰船模型数字化过程中的应用有着积极的促进作用。
With the rapid development of productivity,the need of digital modeling from physical objects is increasing,therefore reverse engineering technology emerges as the times require.Reverse engineering technology includes computer geometric modeling digital technology of physical objects.The development of reverse engineering technology and process are introduced firstly,and the further development direction of reverse engineering is prospected.The classification of digital detection technology in reverse engineering is analyzed,and the reverse engineering technology based on visual three coordinate detection technology is studied emphatically,and applying it to the digitalization of ship and its component model.Finally,the application of wavelet analysis in image processing is discussed.It has a positive effect on the application of reverse engineering in the process of ship model digitization.
