摘要
目前,设计人员主要利用传统的物理样机进行船舶甲板起重机设计工作,该方法消耗时间长,设计成本高。针对这一问题,本文利用虚拟样机技术设计甲板起重机。在理解虚拟样机技术定义的基础上,分析虚拟样机的开发流程及其优缺点。对甲板起重机进行动力学分析,推导起重机机构的运动微分方程,计算机构动载荷,并利用ADAMS软件进行仿真。
At present, designers mainly use traditional physical prototype to design ship deck crane. This method has long time consuming and high design cost. To solve this problem, this paper designs deck crane with virtual prototype technology. On the basis of understanding the definition of virtual prototyping technology, the development process and advantages and disadvantages of virtual prototyping are analyzed. The dynamic analysis of the deck crane is carried out, and the differential equations of motion of the crane mechanism are deduced, and the computer structural loads are simulated. The simulation is carried out by using ADAMS software.
