摘要 船舶交通管理系统(VTS)在提高船舶航行效率、保障船舶航行安全等方面具有重要作用。传统的船舶交通管理系统采用雷达等传感器作为基本检测手段,受到雷达探测距离和精度等技术条件的限制,在船舶定位、导航等方面存在一定的缺陷。随着互联网技术和信息融合技术的发展,雷达探测器与船舶自动识别系统(AIS)相结合的船舶交通管理系统成为研究的热点。船舶自动识别系统(AIS)结合了信息技术、互联网技术和通信技术,对船舶的航向、航迹、航速等信息采集和处理,并利用VHF发送给信号覆盖区域内的其他船只。本文针对我国内河航运船舶的交通管理系统,研究了AIS与雷达信号的信息融合算法、航迹关联算法等,对提高内河船舶交通管理系统的性能有重要的作用。 Ship traffic management system(VTS) plays an important role in improving ship navigation efficiency and ensuring the safety of ship navigation. Vessel traffic management system using the traditional radar sensor as the basic means of detection, by radar detection distance and accuracy and other technical conditions, there are some defects in the ship positioning and navigation etc.. With the development of Internet technology and information fusion technology, ship traffic management system based on radar detector and ship automatic identification system(AIS) has become the focus of research. Automatic identification system(AIS) combined with information technology, Internet technology and communication technology, the ship's course, track, speed and other information acquisition and processing, and use VHF to send to the signal coverage of other vessels in the region. According to the traffic management system of inland shipping in our country,the research of AIS and radar signal fusion algorithm, track correlation algorithm, has an important role in improving the performance of inland ship traffic management system.
