流固耦合技术在舰船离心泵转子的模态分析 被引量:1

摘要 离心泵通过叶轮的高速旋转使水产生离心力,是一种重要的能量转换装置。离心泵的结构紧凑,流量均匀,安装和维护方便,在航空宇航、船舶等工业领域应用广泛。舰船离心泵的运行工况恶劣,容易受到舰船振动等因素的干扰,同时,由于离心泵内部流体与叶轮之间存在复杂的相互作用力,离心泵叶轮很容易发生结构破坏。因此,研究舰船离心泵的流体动力学特性具有重要的意义。本文基于流固耦合技术,利用Ansys Workbench对舰船离心泵的转子进行模态分析,研究离心泵内部流场转子的动力学特性,并研究了离心泵转子的临界转速。该研究有助于提高离心泵转子的运行稳定性,延长离心泵转子的使用寿命。 Centrifugal pump makes centrifugal force generated by high speed rotation of impeller. It is an important energy conversion device. The centrifugal pump has the advantages of compact structure, uniform flow, convenient installation and maintenance. It is widely used in aviation, aerospace, shipbuilding and other industrial fields. The ship operating condition of centrifugal pump is bad, susceptible to interference, ship vibration and other factors at the same time, because of the complex interaction between internal fluid and impeller centrifugal pump, centrifugal pump impeller is prone to damage.Therefore, it is of great significance to study the hydrodynamic characteristics of marine centrifugal pumps. The FSI technology based on ANSYS, using Workbench to ship centrifugal pump rotor modal analysis is carried out to study the dynamic characteristics of rotor flow field in centrifugal pump, and the critical rotating speed of centrifugal pump rotor. This research is helpful to improve the stability of centrifugal pump rotor and prolong the service life of the rotor of centrifugal pump.
