摘要 船舶动力系统的振动主要由柴油主机的高速机械转动、传动装置的运动副振动和螺旋桨切割海水产生的振动等组成,是船舶振动和噪声的主要来源,也是干扰船舶精密设备正常运行的主要原因。此外,船舶在运行时还会受到冲击载荷等因素干扰,使船载设备的结构受到损坏,工作精度降低。因此,研究船舶动力系统的振动特性,并进行动力系统的减振、降噪设计具有重要的意义,也是各国船舶制造工业的研究热点。本文建立了船舶动力传动装置的几何模型,利用ADAMS平台建立了船舶动力传动装置的刚体模型,并进行了该刚体模型的振动特性分析与仿真。 Pair vibration and propeller vibration of ship power system is mainly composed of a high speed diesel engine rotation, mechanical transmission device of cutting vibration produced by sea water which is the main part of ship vibration and noise, but also interfere the normal operation of the main ship for precision equipment. In addition, when the ship is running, it will also be disturbed by impact, load and other factors, so that the structure of the ship borne equipment is damaged and the working accuracy is reduced. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the vibration characteristics of ship power system and design the vibration reduction and noise reduction of the power system. It is also the research focus of shipbuilding industry in various countries. In this paper, the geometric model of ship power transmission system is established. The rigid body model of ship power transmission system is established by using ADAMS platform, and the vibration characteristic analysis and Simulation of the rigid body model are carried out.
