河运船舶安全管理系统的构建与实现

河运船舶受限于地形水域的限制,需要完整的安全管理系统进行综合管理,传统的河运船舶管理系统能够实现单目标的安全管制,但无法实现多目标的同时管理。针对上述问题,设计了一种新的河运船舶安全管理系统。对河运船舶安全管理系统总体布局进行优化,能够承接多目标管理模块,构建河运船舶网格化安全管理模块,实现多目标河运船舶安全管理。通过实验数据表明,设计的河运船舶安全管理系统,能够进行多目标的安全管理。
