摘要 针对当前舰船发动机燃油电磁阀自动控制方法采用模糊PID控制,容易出现工况失稳的问题,提出一种基于自适应反演积分控制的舰船发动机燃油电磁阀自动控制系统设计方法。构造舰船发动机燃油电磁阀控制的约束参量模型,以电磁阀的输出增益、燃油流量以及功率因素等参量为控制自变量,结合反演积分控制律进行控制算法改进。基于DSP进行自动控制系统硬件设计,硬件部分主要包括功率放大模块、自动增益控制模块以及集成信号处理模块。在Visual DSP++4.5平台下进行控制系统实验测试,结果表明,采用该方法进行舰船发动机燃油电磁阀的自动控制的输出稳定性较好,输出增益较大,具有很好的稳健性。 In view of the current marine engine fuel solenoid valve automatic control method using fuzzy PID control is easy to appear the problem of instability condition, puts forward a design method of the automatic control system of adaptive inversion integral control for marine engine fuel solenoid valve based on structural restriction parameter model of ship motive fuel solenoid valve control, the output gain of the solenoid valve the parameters, fuel throughput and power factor as the control variables, combining inversion integral control law algorithm. The DSP automatic control system design based on the hardware, the hardware part mainly includes power amplifier module, automatic gain control module and the integrated signal processing module, control system test in Visual DSP4.5 platform. The results show that using the method of electromagnetic valve of ship engine fuel automatic control output is stable, the output gain larger and has good robustness.
