摘要 舰船遥感影像分析技术在舰船目标识别、海上航运交通管理、资源探测和军事侦察等领域发挥着重要的作用,是一种快速、高效和准确的海上舰船信息获取方法。遥感技术的理论基础是电磁波原理,该技术利用遥感卫星等设备采集和分析远距离物体辐射和反射的电磁波信号,从而进行地面物体的探测和识别。由于遥感技术存在巨大的优势,因此,基于遥感技术的舰船遥感影像分析和目标提取有重要意义,决定了海上目标识别和海上监察的水平。本文针对舰船的高分辨率遥感影像,详细的介绍了图像分割原理和目标提取原理,在此基础上研究了一种全新的舰船遥感图像分析技术。 Technology plays an important role in the field of ship target recognition, management, shipping traffic resources exploration and military reconnaissance ship remote sensing image analysis is a rapid, efficient and accurate ship information acquisition method. The theoretical basis of remote sensing technology is the principle of electromagnetic wave,which uses the remote sensing satellite and other equipment to collect and analyze the electromagnetic radiation signals of remote objects and reflect, so as to detect and identify the ground objects. Because of the great advantages of remote sensing technology, the remote sensing technology based ship remote sensing image analysis and target extraction is of great significance, which determines the level of maritime target identification and maritime surveillance. In this paper, the principle of image segmentation and the principle of target extraction are introduced in detail for the high resolution remote sensing images of ships. A new ship remote sensing image analysis technology is studied.
