摘要
为了便于航海科研及教学,使学生充分了解船舱各设备之间的协调工作原理及自动化功能,轮机模拟器现已得到广泛应用。在研发轮机模拟器时,建立船舶柴油主机数学模型是重点研究内容之一。本文结合轮机模拟器实际研发流程,对一体化柴油主机进行一阶及二阶滞后数学建模,并基于PID,分析其转速控制系统。
In order to facilitate navigation scientific research and teaching, and make students fully understand the coordination principle and automation function of each equipment in the cabin, the marine engine simulator has been widely used. In the research and development of marine engine simulator, the establishment of mathematical model of marine diesel engine is one of the key research contents. Combined with the actual development process of marine engine simulator, the first and two order lag mathematical model of integrated diesel engine is established, and the speed control system is analyzed based on PID.
