摘要
船舶发电机出口断路器异常漏电是船舶常发性故障,为了提高船舶发电机出口断路器的故障诊断分析能力,提出基于差压传感器检测方法的断路器异常漏电诊断分析方法。采用差压压力传感器进行船舶发电机出口断路器的电压测试,对采集的电压数据进行信号调理和检波分析,采用2个8550的PNP型三极管构成漏电检测仪的恒流源电路,并设计电流电压转换电路进行AD转换控制,根据输出电压的差异性特征实现漏电检测。测试结果表明,采用该方法进行船舶发电机出口断路器异常漏电诊断的准确性较好。
Improve the fault diagnosis and analysis ability of ship generator outlet circuit breaker, the diagnosis method of abnormal leakage of circuit breaker based on differential pressure sensor detection method is put forward. The test voltage generator circuit breaker using the differential pressure sensor, signal detection and analysis of voltage data acquisition, using two of the 8550 PNP transistor constant current source circuit leakage detector, and the design of current voltage conversion circuit for AD conversion control, according to the different characteristics of output voltage realize leakage detection. The test results show that the accuracy of the abnormal leakage diagnosis of the marine generator outlet circuit breaker is good.
