摘要 随着科学技术的不断发展,因为传统的船舶离线油液监测技术周期长、精度低、成本高、流程繁琐、需要人工干预等缺点,所以不适合现代化的高精度机械设备的油液监测。本文基于电感测量技术,研究了船舶在线油液监测系统。分析了电感测量技术;讨论了油液监测技术;最后给出船舶在线油液监测系统的整体架构,这对我国船舶在线油液监测系统的发展有着重要的推动作用。 With the continuous development of science and technology, because the traditional ship off-line oil monitoring technology has long technical cycle, low precision, high cost, cumbersome process, need manual intervention and other shortcomings, it is not suitable for modern high precision mechanical equipment for oil monitoring. Based on the inductance measurement technology, the on-line marine oil monitoring system is studied. This paper analyzes the inductance measurement technology, discusses the oil monitoring technology, and finally gives the overall framework of the marine online oil monitoring system, which has an important role in promoting the development of china's online marine oil monitoring system.
