摘要
当前海洋船舶运输在全球经济中扮演着重要角色,船舶含油污水的排放对海洋环境造成越来越大的影响。对船舶油水分离进行动态监测可以有效减少含油污水的排放。本文提出一种基于三菱Q系列PLC的船舶油水分离器动态监测系统,使用油份传感器和流量传感器对船舶污水进行监测,并通过以太网络将采集的数据发送到监控中心。本文对传感器数据采集过程以及PLC和监控中心的网络通信进行详细设计,设计的系统经过测试具有良好的可靠性和稳定性,能够应用于各类型船舶。
The current marine shipping transport plays an important role in the global economy, and the discharge of oily wastewater from ships has an increasing impact on the marine environment. Dynamic monitoring of oil and water separation can effectively reduce the discharge of oily wastewater. This paper proposes a ship oil-water separator based on mitsubishi Q series PLC dynamic monitoring system, using oil sensor and the flow sensor of the ship sewage monitoring, and through the ethernet network to send data to the monitoring center. In this paper, the sensor data acquisition process and network communication of PLC and the monitoring center has carried on the detailed design, design of the system test has good reliability and stability, can be applied to various types of ships.
