摘要
舰船甲板支撑结构在受到高强度的海水和载重的压力作用时,容易产生断裂,为了提高舰船甲板支撑结构的抗压强度,提出一种基于疲劳强度优化的舰船甲板支撑结构设计方法。构建舰船甲板支撑结构的疲劳应力分布和屈服响应模型,采用有限元分析方法进行舰船甲板支撑结构的断裂行为评估和抗压能力预测,构建舰船甲板的机械荷载力学方程,通过对方程的优化求解得到满足最大疲劳强度和承载能力的应力系数,以此指导舰船甲板支撑结构设计。仿真测试结果表明,采用该方法进行舰船甲板支撑结构设计能提高支撑结构的载荷,疲劳应力强度得到提升。
In order to improve the compressive strength of ship deck support structure,it is easy to break when it is subjected to high strength sea water and the pressure of load problem.A design method of ship deck bracing structure based on fatigue strength optimization is proposed,and the fatigue stress distribution and yield response model of ship deck bracing structure are constructed.The finite element analysis method is used to evaluate the fracture behavior of ship deck bracing structure and predict its compressive capacity,and the mechanical equation of ship deck mechanical load is constructed.The stress coefficients satisfying the maximum fatigue strength and bearing capacity are obtained by solving the equation optimally to guide the design of ship deck bracing structure.This method can improve the load of the support structure and the fatigue stress intensity.
