摘要 机舱仪表的自动化水平是船舶自动化水平非常重要的体现。机舱仪表能够对船舶重要机电设备参数进行监测,这些机电设备参数是否正常决定着船舶能否稳定工作,因而对机舱仪表进行实时监测具有非常重要的意义。本文在前人基础上提出了一种基于三菱PLC的机舱仪表监测系统,对系统进行详细设计,并简要分析了PLC的I/O分配过程,最后使用WINCC组态软件设计了监控端软件。本文设计的系统使用显示灯直观监控仪表状态,使用组态软件对仪表数值以及历史运行趋势进行显示,本文设计的系统具有一定的实际意义。 The automation level of the cabin instrument is an important embodiment of the ship automation level.Cabin instrument to be able to ship important mechanical and electrical equipment monitoring parameters,the mechanical and electrical equipment parameter is normal determines the work of ship's stability,and thus for real-time monitoring of engine room instrument has very important significance.In this paper,on the basis of predecessors put forward a kind of cabin instrument monitoring system based on mitsubishi PLC,the system has carried on the detailed design,and the brief analysis of PLC I/O allocation process,the final use WINCC configuration software monitoring software is designed.System designed in this paper using the display lamp intuitive monitoring instrument,using configuration software to display instrument value and trend of historical operation,this paper designed the system has certain practical significance.
