摘要
为了提高船舱热温度实时采集和感应的稳定性和可靠性,提出一种基于51单片机的船舱热温度感应系统的设计方法,系统功能模块组成包括了船舱热温度采集模块、传感器模块、AD电路模块、复位电路和温度过热的中断保护模块等,采用PCI桥接芯片与51单片机进行总线传输控制,结合上位机通信模块进行船舱热温度感应后的智能分析和远传控制,采用嵌入式ARM进行系统的程序加载控制设计,提高温度感应过程中的抗干扰能力,在集成DSP环境下完成系统硬件开发设计。仿真结果表明,设计的船舱热温度感应系统具有很好的温度采集和传输控制能力。
In order to improve the stability and reliability of real-time acquisition and induction of cabin thermal temperature,a design method of cabin thermal temperature sensing system based on 51 single chip microcomputer is proposed.The system function module consists of ship cabin thermal temperature acquisition module,sensor module AD circuit module,reset circuit and temperature overheating interrupt protection module and so on.The PCI bridge chip is used to control the bus transmission with 51 single chip microcomputer,and the upper computer communication module is used to carry out intelligent analysis and remote transmission control after the thermal temperature induction of the cabin.The embedded ARM is used to design the program loading control of the system,which improves the anti-interference ability in the temperature induction process,and completes the hardware development and design of the system under the integrated DSP environment.The simulation results show that.The design of the cabin thermal temperature sensing system has a good temperature acquisition and transmission control.
