摘要
海洋经济以及海洋资源探索是未来世界关注的焦点。特殊船舶的制造对于探索海洋资源和展现我国综合国力具有非常重要的意义。调距桨控制器在特殊船舶(特别是极地破冰船和科考船)中具有非常广泛的应用。本文提出一种基于三菱PLC的船舶调距桨控制器,使用MicroCAN进行数据通信,对系统的整体构架进行了设计,并针对MicroCAN通信中的通信流程以及数据过载进行分析。本文设计的系统具有良好的稳定性及抗干扰性,有望应用于极地破冰船等特殊船舶。
The ocean economy and the exploration of marine resources are the focus of the future world.The manufacture of special ships is of great significance to the exploration of marine resources and the display of China's comprehensive national strength.CPP controller in special ships,especially polar icebreaker expedition ship and has a very wide range of applications.In this paper,a ship's controllable pitch propeller controller based on PLC is presented.Data communication is carried out by MicroCAN.The overall framework of the system is designed,and the communication process and data overload in MicroCAN communication are analyzed.The system designed in this paper has good stability and anti-interference,and is expected to be applied to special ships,such as polar ice breaking ships.
