摘要
在极端天气条件下,正常航行的船舶,不能根据电荷负载情况,完成电力系统的自动调节控制。为解决此问题,设计极端天气下船舶电力负荷自动调控系统。通过监控电路设计、主控制器模块设计,完成系统硬件设计。通过程序架构设计、嵌入式TCP/IP协议栈设计、高速串行通信接口,完成系统软件设计。模拟系统运行环境,设计对比实验结果表明,应用极端天气下船舶电力负荷自动调控系统后,可在最短时间内,完成电荷负载情况检测,实现电力系统的自动调节控制,达到节省总耗电量的目的。
Under extreme weather conditions, the normal sailing ship can not complete the automatic regulation and control of the power system according to the charge load condition. In order to solve this problem, the automatic control system of ship power load in extreme weather is designed. Through the design of the monitoring circuit and the main controller module, the hardware design of the system is completed. Through the program architecture design, the embedded TCP/IP protocol stack design and the high-speed serial communication interface, the system software is designed. The simulation operating system environment, the experimental results show that compared with the design of automatic control system of ship power load, application of extreme weather, can in the shortest time to complete the charge load detection, control to realize the automatic adjustment of the power system, to reduce the total power consumption of the purpose.
