摘要 船用电机信号的稳定性及频率变换特性是现代大型船舶动力系统关键性能指标。在实际电机运行时,由于混入了大量检测及环境误差,导致电机信号分辨率下降。矢量控制是研究电机信号及时频域转换的有效方法,可通过最小二乘矩阵运算对信号各类特征进行分析,适用于基于DSP嵌入式系统实现。本文重点研究了基于矢量控制的船用电机信号模型,设计了基于DSP的嵌入式信号转换控制系统,有效分离各类噪声,实现了电机的平稳运行。 The stability and frequency conversion characteristics of marine motor signal are the key performance indexes of modern large ship power system. During the operation of the motor, the resolution of the motor signal is reduced due to a large number of detection and environmental errors mixed with the motor. Vector control is an effective way to study motor signal and frequency domain transformation. It can analyze all kinds of characteristics of signals by least squares matrix operation, and it can be implemented in embedded DSP signal processing.This paper focuses on the vector control based marine electric motor current signal model, and designs an embedded signal conversion control system based on DSP,which effectively separate all kinds of noise and realizes the smooth operation of the motor.
