摘要
为了提高我国海上交通的管理水平,维护我国领海的安全,进行严格的海域监控非常有必要。舰船的目标识别技术是指利用卫星技术和图像分析技术,快速、准确的识别海域内船舶。本研究针对大型港口的船舶识别问题,系统的研究了卫星遥感图像的去噪、特征提取、灰度处理等内容,对提高船舶识别的效率和精度有重要的意义。
In order to improve the management level of China's maritime traffic and safeguard the safety of China's territorial sea, it is very necessary to carry out strict sea area monitoring. Ship target recognition technology refers to the use of satellite technology and image analysis technology to quickly and accurately identify ships in the sea. In this study, aiming at the problem of ship recognition in large ports, we systematically studied the denoising, feature extraction and grayscale processing of satellite remote sensing images, which is of great significance for improving the efficiency and accuracy of ship recognition.
