摘要
内河航运自古以来就是我国商品贸易与经济发展的重要支柱,随着造船业与工业技术的发展,内河航运船舶的吨位和速度不断提高,给内河船舶的监控与调度带来了挑战。GPS是目前远程导航与定位最成熟的方式,定位精度和可靠性很高,被应用于各种工业产品。电子海图将地理信息集成于存储器中,同时具有导航和通信功能。本文基于GPS和电子海图技术,研发了一种内河船舶监控与调度系统,并介绍了该系统的组成和功能。
Inland shipping has been an important pillar of China's merchandise trade and economic development since ancient times. With the development of shipbuilding industry and industrial technology, the tonnage and speed of inland waterway vessels has been increasing, which has brought challenges to inland watercraft's monitoring and dispatching. GPS is the most mature way of remote navigation and positioning at present. It has high positioning precision and reliability, and is applied to various industrial products. The electronic chart integrates geographic information in storage and has the function of navigation and communication. Based on GPS and electronic chart technology, this paper developed a monitoring and dispatching system for inland river ships, and introduced the composition and function of the system.
