云计算模型在船体复杂结构件装配和三维建模中的应用

摘要 随着船舶功能化程度不断提高,船体复杂结构件的使用量越来越大,研究复杂结构件的装配仿真与建模技术有重要意义。近年来,数字化设计理念逐渐兴起,基于计算机图形学与仿真分析平台的结构件装配仿真技术成为一项热门研究方向。本文主要针对船舶大尺寸负载曲面结构,利用三维建模软件CATIA和云计算模型,对船舶结构件的装配与三维建模进行研究。本研究有助于提高船舶复杂结构件的加工效率和加工精度。 With the continuous improvement of ship functionalization, the use of complex structural parts is increasing.It is very important to study the assembly simulation and modeling technology of complex structures. In recent years, the concept of digital design is emerging. Assembly simulation technology based on computer graphics and simulation analysis platform has become a hot research direction. In this paper, aiming at the large size load curved surface structure of ship, the 3D modeling software CATIA and cloud computing model are applied to study the assembly and 3D modeling of ship structural parts. This study is helpful to improve the machining efficiency and machining precision of the ship's complex structural parts.
