摘要
船舶设计中,传统交流调速控制系统无法实现初速度与极限速度的快速调控,并且控制方式无反馈数据,为此设计无速度传感器高性能交流调速控制系统。设计无速度传感器控制模块以及矩阵交流调速控制模块,使用双模块并行控制,完成传感式无限变速,增加传感反馈机制,实现综合交流控制;通过计算速度辨识度以及电机转子磁链转速,实现交流调速控制系统设计,完成无限速交流调速控制。试验结果表明,设计的调速控制系统具备极高的有效性。
Ship design,the traditional ac speed regulation control system cannot be achieved initial speed and fast regulation of speed limit,and no feedback control method,designed for high-performance ac speed regulation control system without speed sensor.Design speed sensorless speed control module,control module and the matrix using double module parallel control,complete the sensor type infinitely variable speed,increase the sensor feedback mechanism,achieve comprehensive communication control; Calculation speed identification and rotor flux calculation speed,realize ac speed control system design,complete the infinite speed ac speed control.The experimental results show that the design speed control system is very effective.
