摘要
传统分析系统能够识别5 Hz以上的振动特性,但对低频率自由振动分析效果不佳,为此提出基于增量谐波平衡法的输流管道自由振动特性分析系统。依据输流管道建设原理,构建输流管道模型,利用增量谐波平衡法,对流体单元以及管道单元,进行受力振动分析,完成分析系统软件设计;根据被测管道的长度、位置等信息选择压电晶片传感器,采用浮点运算器与多模块控制器,完成分析系统硬件设计。实验数据表明,增量谐波平衡法特性分析系统较传统分析系统,提升分析能力44.72%,对输流管道自由振动能够完成全频分析。
Traditional analysis,the character of the system can recognize more than 5 Hz but in low frequency of free vibration analysis of the effect not beautiful,therefore put forward based on the incremental harmonic balance method of free flow pipeline vibration characteristic analysis system.According to the principle of flow pipeline construction,build flow pipeline model,by using the incremental harmonic balance method,the fluid unit and pipe unit,vibration analysis,the force analysis system software design.The piezoelectric chip sensor is selected according to the length and position of the measured pipe,and the hardware design of the analysis system is completed by using the floating point arithmetic unit and the multi-module controller.The experimental data show that the incremental harmonic balance method is more than the traditional analysis system,and the analysis capability is 44.72%,and the free vibration of the flow pipeline can complete the full frequency analysis.
