摘要
船载电子设备受到使用环境的影响,需要进行多方位的维护检测,传统船载电子设备维护方法无法实现针对性的电磁干扰维护,为此提出船载电子设备的兼容维护方法。将船载电子设备分类,制定类别兼容维护流程,通过类别要素筛选确立维护方式,利用排除法确定电子设备电磁干扰源;对敏感电子设备以及高耦合电子设备进行兼容电磁干扰维护,实现船载电子设备的兼容维护。实验数据表明,设计的兼容维护方法比传统维护方法的设备替换率低25%,说明设计的兼容维护方法具备极高的有效性。
Shipborne electronic equipment under the influence of using the environment,the need for all-round maintenance detection,traditional shipborne electronic equipment maintenance methods cannot achieve multi-angle targeted maintenance,therefore put forward compatible with the maintenance method of shipborne electronic equipment.Classification of shipborne electronic equipment,the establishment of a class compatible maintenance process,the identification of maintenance measures and maintenance methods through category factor screening,and determination of the interference source of electronic equipment through the elimination method; Compatible maintenance of sensitive electronic equipment and high coupling electronic equipment,complete the maintenance of shipborne electronic equipment.The experimental data show that the design compatibility maintenance method is 25% lower than the traditional maintenance method,indicating that the compatible maintenance method is very effective.
