摘要
传统船闸智能控制系统使用有线连接控制,对于控制地点以及控制方式要求比较严格,无法进行远程无线控制,为此提出基于无线通信系统的船闸智能控制系统设计。以并联方式对船闸智能控制系统进行总体设计,设计无线远程船闸智能电机控制器以及无线通信PLC控制器,实现船闸智能控制系统硬件设计;计算气囊的锚固系数,设计闸门远程启闭控制模块,通过控制系统管理设计,实现船闸智能控制系统的软件设计。实验数据表明,设计的船闸智能控制系统能够对船闸进行远程无线控制。
Traditional lock using wired connection control intelligent control system,to control site and more strict control mode,can't remote wireless control,is put forward based on wireless communication system and intelligent control system design.In parallel manner to lock intelligent control system overall design,the design of wireless remote lock smart motor controller and wireless communications PLC controller,the realization of intelligent control system hardware design; To calculate the anchorage coefficient of the air bag,design the remote control module of the gate,and realize the software design of the intelligent control system of the lock by controlling the design of the control system.The experimental data show that the intelligent control system of ship lock can carry out remote wireless control.
