摘要 普通船舶视频监控系统,存在障碍物定位准确性较低、系统执行等待时间较长等弊端。为有效解决上述问题,设计基于电力载波技术的船舶突出障碍物视频监控系统。通过系统整体框架设计、船舶电力载波通信层设计,完成基于电力载波技术的船舶系统硬件设计。通过突出障碍物监控功能分析、详细功能设计、数据库设计,完成基于突出障碍物视频监控的船舶系统软件设计。模拟系统运行环境,设计对比实验结果表明,新型系统与传统系统相比,障碍物定位准确性较低、系统执行等待时间较长等情况,均具有明显改善。 The video surveillance system of ordinary ships has the disadvantages of low positioning accuracy and long waiting time. In order to solve the above problems, a video surveillance system for ship projecting obstacles based on power carrier technology is designed. Through the overall frame design of the system and the design of the carrier communication layer of the ship, the hardware design of the ship system based on the power carrier technology is completed. By highlighting obstacle monitoring function analysis, detailed function design and database design, we completed the software design of ship system based on video surveillance of outburst obstacles. The operation environment of the simulation system is designed and compared with the experimental results. The results show that compared with the traditional system, the new system has a better location accuracy and a longer waiting time.
