摘要 柴油机推进是最可靠、最成熟的船舶推进技术。目前,几乎所有的大吨位舰船都采用了柴油机推进。在船舶运行过程中,柴油主机可能会出现磨损、变形、腐蚀等故障,严重影响船舶的正常运行。振动信号分析是船舶柴油机故障诊断的重要方式,柴油机的振动信号包含大量信息,柴油机的齿轮、轴承等发生故障时会产生各种冲击信号,采用共振解调技术分析这些振动信号,可以有效的获取故障类型和严重程度,有助于提高船舶柴油机故障诊断的水平。本文系统介绍了柴油机故障的类型,并研究了基于共振解调技术的柴油机故障诊断与仿真分析。 diesel engine propulsion is the most reliable and mature propulsion technology. At present, almost all large tonnage ships have adopted diesel engine propulsion. During the operation of the ship, the diesel engine may appear the faults such as wear, deformation and corrosion, which seriously affect the normal operation of the ship. Vibration signal analysis is an important method for fault diagnosis of marine diesel engine, diesel engine vibration signal contains a large amount of information, the diesel engine gear and bearing fault will produce a variety of impact signal, analysis of the vibration signal by the resonance demodulation technique, can effectively obtain the fault type and severity, help to improve the fault diagnosis the level of marine diesel engine. The type of diesel engine fault is introduced in this paper, and the fault diagnosis and simulation analysis of diesel engine based on resonance demodulation technology are studied.
