摘要
随着船舶运输行业的飞速发展,船舶航行安全面临着日益严峻的挑战,因此对船舶通信远程导航监控技术的要求也逐渐增高。但由于当前船舶导航定位雷达存在较多局限性,难以满足精准定位、准确导航的系统设计要求。因此结合软件技术和航空雷达技术对船舶导航监控系统进行优化和设计,以便解决当前船舶通信终端远程导航监控系统中存在的盲区问题。基于以上背景,结合GIS技术对船舶通信终端远程导航监控覆盖系统进行设计,以便对船舶位移雷达配置信息进行提取和配置,从而达到精准及时的显示船舶航行监控信息,保障船舶在航线上准确航行的设计目标。为检测该方法的实用性针对系统动态的管理雷达导航监控功能进行仿真实验,实验结构证实该系统可有效达到对船舶航行通信远程导航监控进行精准动态模拟的效果,可为船舶航行航线数据进行稳定的监控,对航行数据误差进行精准分析。由此证实船舶通信终端远程导航监控系统对航运事业远程自动导航监控系统有着重要的指导意义。
With the rapid development of ship transportation industry, ship navigation safety is facing increasingly serious challenges, so the requirements of ship communication remote navigation monitoring technology are also increasing.However, due to the limitations of the current ship navigation and positioning radar, it is difficult to meet the system design requirements of accurate positioning and accurate navigation. Therefore, combined with software technology and aviation radar technology to optimize and design the ship navigation monitoring system, in order to solve the problem of blind area in the current ship communication terminal remote navigation monitoring system, in order to solve the above problem, based on GIS technology to ship communication terminal remote navigation monitoring coverage system design, combined with coordinate transformation algorithm, the ship displacement radar configuration information extraction and configuration, in order to accurately and timely display the ship navigation monitoring information, to ensure the ship on the route accurate navigation. In order to detect the practicability of the method, a simulation experiment is carried out on the dynamic management radar navigation monitoring function of the system, and the experimental structure proves that the system can effectively achieve the effect of accurate dynamic simulation on the ship navigation communication remote navigation monitoring,can stably monitor the ship navigation route data and accurately analyze the navigation data error. It is proved that the ship communication terminal long-distance navigation monitoring system has very important guiding significance for the future development of automatic monitoring system of civil aviation airport.
