摘要
随着现代化物流行业的迅速发展,船舶航运运输数量也逐渐增多,因此,船舶货物装运的运作效率也要求越来越高,作为港口实力竞争的主要衡量标志,船舶装卸效率问题逐渐受到更多的关注。为保障船舶货物装卸工作快速有效的运行,需要对船舶货物装卸过程压力损失情况进行精准的分析,从而有效提高船舶货物装卸效率,保障船舶货物装卸系统安全稳定运行。由于船舶货物装卸作业过程中的每个环节都会产生较大的压力损失,且货物在装卸过程中受力情况算法较为复杂,易造成较大的计算误差,不利于船舶货物装卸工作的正常运行,难以保障船舶货物的安全性。基于上述背景,结合波动频谱对船舶货物装卸过程压力损失系统进行设计,从而达到精准分析货物压力损失,提高船舶装卸效率的设计目标。为检测压力分析系统的精准度进行仿真实验,实验结果证明结合波动频谱算法的船舶货物装卸过程压力损失分析系统可有效地对船舶货物装卸压力损失情况进行实时精准的分析和计算,从而提升船舶货物装卸作业效率,保障货物装卸受力稳定安全,促进船舶航运事业的发展。
With the rapid development of modern logistics industry, the number of shipping transportation is also gradually increasing. therefore, the operational efficiency of ship cargo shipping is also getting higher and higher. as the main measure of port strength competition, the efficiency of ship loading and unloading is gradually receiving more and more attention. In order to ensure the rapid and effective operation of ship cargo handling, it is necessary to accurately analyze the pressure loss in the process of ship cargo handling, so as to effectively improve the efficiency of ship cargo handling and ensure the safe and stable operation of ship cargo handling system. Because each link in the process of loading and unloading of ship's cargo will produce a large pressure loss, and the loading and unloading of goods in the process of loading and unloading algorithm is more complex, easy to cause a large calculation error, is not conducive to the normal operation of the ship's cargo loading and unloading work, it is difficult to ensure the safety of ship's cargo. Based on the above background, the pressure loss system of ship cargo loading and unloading process is designed by combining the fluctuation frequency spectrum, so as to achieve the design goal of accurately analyzing the pressure loss of cargo and improving the efficiency of ship loading and unloading. In order to detect the accuracy of the pressure analysis system, the simulation experiment is carried out. the experimental results show that the pressure loss analysis system combined with the fluctuation spectrum algorithm can effectively analyze and calculate the pressure loss of ship cargo loading and unloading in real time, so as to improve the efficiency of ship cargo loading and unloading operations, ensure the stability and safety of cargo loading and unloading, and promote the development of ship shipping industry.
