摘要
海上舰船的航行统计特征和目标识别对于海上交通管理与监察部门有重要作用,一方面,舰船的航行统计特征是海上航线管理与调度的基础,可以减少海上船舶的碰撞事故;另一方面,舰船目标的特征识别可以帮助监察部门分辨敌我船舶,维护海上领域的安全。随着计算机技术与探测技术的发展,海上舰船的目标识别与特征提取技术取得了明显的进步,本文重点研究了基于支持向量机的舰船红外图像统计特征识别与提取技术,包括图像样本分类等方面,并进行了舰船红外图像边缘像素识别的仿真试验。
the statistical characteristics and target recognition of marine ships are important for the Department of maritime traffic management and supervision. On the one hand, the statistical characteristics of ship navigation are the basis of the management and scheduling of maritime routes, and can reduce the collision accidents at sea. On the other hand, the identification of ship ship targets can help monitor the ship. The Department will distinguish between enemy and ship and maintain safety in the maritime field. With the development of computer technology and detection technology, the technology of target recognition and feature extraction of naval ships has made remarkable progress. This paper focuses on the technology of identifying and extracting the statistical features of ship infrared images based on support vector machines, including image segmentation and image filtering.
