摘要
传统使用柴油的船舶在航行过程中给大气造成了极大污染,液化天然气是一种较为清洁的能源,近年来柴油-LNG双燃料动力船舶得到广泛发展,使用LNG和柴油混合动力能够减少污染,并极大降低船舶运输成本。本文对柴油-LNG双燃料动力船舶存在的安全进行详细分析,提出一种基于以太网—安全监控节点的系统解决方案,重点设计了安全监控节点的A/D转换部分。系统能够实现对甲烷泄露和火灾的监控,安全监控节点体积小,成本低。
Traditional use diesel ships during voyage to the atmosphere caused great pollution, liquefied natural gas(LNG) is a kind of cleaner energy, diesel in recent years-LNG dual fuel power ship has been widely development, the use of LNG and diesel hybrid can reduce pollution, and greatly reduce the transportation cost of the ship. In this paper, the diesel-LNG dual fuel the security analysis of power of ship are analyzed in detail, put forward A system solution based on Ethernet,security monitoring node, mainly design the A/D conversion part of the safety monitoring nodes. The system can realize the monitoring of methane leakage and fire, and the safety monitoring node is small in volume and low in cost.
